Guilherme Paulus is the co-founder of CVC Company which has grown tremendously as a result of the booming tourism industry. Both Carlyle and Guilherme Paulus placed over $ 60 million for sale which is about 44.7% of the company’s stocks. Since the deal was a secondary transaction, the proceeds were directly channeled to Paulus and his counterpart. The transaction was managed by three investment banking units: Itau Unibanco SA, America Corp Bank, and Morgan Stanley & Co.
