Graduating from Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Bishop Williams proceeded to found the Mighty Fortress International Ministries of which he is the president too. Besides attending Rhema Bible Training Center, he also graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from North Central University in Minneapolis. These are just but a few of his qualifications. Bishop Williams no doubt is endowed with other different high qualifications spiritually and also around formal education.
