Who doesn’t want soft, silky, and shiny hair? This day and age you can find tons of products that claim they will give you perfect hair, but how do you know which one is the real deal? In this Bustle article, http://www.bustle.com/articles/136320-i-used-cleansing-cleansing-conditioner-on-my-fine-hair-heres-what-happened, the author tries Wen By Chaz to put it to the test. She tries this cleansing conditioner, basically an all-in-one shampoo, for 7 days straight and details her experience using this product. Wen By Chaz was chosen by the author because of its versatility for all hair types depending on the formulation you choose. The author chose the Fig version for her fine hair. Starting off the first day, her hair was plenty dirty and ready for a shower. With this product you use triple the amount per wash versus regular shampoo, on the bottle you can find the recommendation of pumps to use. Although leery, the author goes with the suggested amount when washing her hair. During her shower she noticed less hair in the drain and felt like her hair was already thicker. After washing her hair, she blow dries it and can see her hair is shiny with some bounce. Waking up the next morning, the author has unusually greasy hair. After taking a shower, using Wen, and blow drying her hair, the author gets that voluminous, silky look she saw on day 1. Waking up on day 3 she noted less oiliness, although more than she’d like. She did her Wen routine, loving the results, and continued washing her hair using Wen every morning, followed by blow drying, for the next 4 days. She did note when curling her hair, the curls did fall flat quicker than usual. All in all, despite the issues with oiliness and curls falling, the author loved how soft and healthy this product made her hair. Even others noticed a difference in shine. She now has a go-to shampoo when she needs a little extra shine for that day. Wen Hair care products are Sephora available and can also be purchased from online retailers such as eBay, Amazon and Guthy-Renker.
